Practical Self-Defense

We believe Self Defense is a Life Skill equivalent to swimming and everyone should be trained in at least the the basic fundamentals of how to defend oneself. By focusing on the Four Pillars of our training:

1) Mental
2) Physical
3) Technical
4) Tactical

At the same time, however, we also emphasize that in order to grow and gain proficiency, it is essential to improve your physical power, endurance, coordination, and skill, as well as your mental discipline and fighting spirit, with regular training over time. As such, our classes will always be mentally and physically challenging, and are designed to push each and every student beyond their comfort zones to achieve something they can be proud of.

What to Expect in SELF DEFENSE Training

A regular self defense lesson consists of preparation (warm-up, stretching, strength exercises, etc.), technique training, and stress drills. We maintain a fun, safe, and supportive atmosphere, where everyone is given an opportunity to learn as long as they are willing to put in the time and effort.
